Christian Education
- Nursery - "Suffer
the little children to come unto me,...", Mark 10:14b; provided for parents
during most services
- Sunday School - Every
Sunday morning from September through June, classes for all ages 1-99 are
provided for your continual spiritual growth. Click here

- Mission Band - Once every 8 weeks
during Junior Church; focus on Missions
- Junior Church - Join the 50-60 K-Grade
3 children for their own special service every Sunday morning
- DVBS - 1 week themed summer vacation
bible school in either July or August each year; look for the BIG tent
Youth, Teens and Young Adults
- Middle School Youth Group - For
teens Gr. 6 through Gr. 8; active program addressing the physical, spiritual
and emotional needs of today's youth
- High School Youth Group - For teens
Gr. 9 through Gr. 12; meeting the needs of older teens as well as developing
leadership and spiritual gifts
- Young Adults Ministry - Special
events and spiritual growth for college and career young adults
- High School Ministries - Our Associate
Pastor, in cooperation with other Youth pastors in the area, work in the local
high schools to promote Christian programs led by the students themselves.
- Youth Bible Study- Held on Sunday
evenings from September through June, this teen-oriented bible study addresses
the needs and concerns of today's youth.
- Mission Tours - Middle High and
High School youth are encouraged to participate in summer mission tour opportunities.
Combined with a discipleship program designed to promote spiritual maturity
and equip them to tell others about God, the youth travel to different venues
and work with churches in those areas. In the past our youth have traveled
to Minto, Halifax and New York.

Community-Based Outreach
- KV Food Basket - KBC supports the
local food bank by collecting food and other items as well as providing volunteers
to help out during busy times
- Meals on Wheels - KBC supports this
local program which delivers meals to shut-ins by providing desserts on a
regular basis
- Romero House - KBC provides volunteers
to the Saint John food basket to help prepare and serve meals to those who
need extra help
- Hospital Chaplaincy - We support
the Baptist Convention's hospital ministry at the Saint John Regional Hospital
through financial and other support
- Fundy Crisis Pregnancy Centre - KBC
supports this non-profit, Christian organization that provides practical support
and counselling to girls and women who are facing unexpected pregnancies.
- Benevolent Fund - The Deacons administer
this fund on behalf of the congregation providing assistance to church and
non-church families in financial need
- Loving Lunches- We provide Kraft
Dinner lunches to KV High students every Wednesday. Click here

Adult Ministries
- Prayer Chain - Join
a ministry of prayer for our church, community, country and world. Be a prayer
warrior and support your brothers and sisters in Christ. Call Don Moore at
847-3011 for more information.
- Small Group Ministry - Join our
active small group ministry where people join together at homes and at the
church at various times throughout the week. Spiritual growth and fellowship
are two of the key goals of this ministry. One-third of our church belongs
to a small group!
- Mom's Group -A program for all moms with pre-school aged children is held each Thursday morning throughout the fall and winter months. Click here to see more.
- Adult Breakfasts - Both men and
women hold semi-regular Saturday morning breakfasts, usually monthly, where
fellowship, food and fellow Christians share the Word
- Fellowship (Adult Socials, Sports, etc.) - Various
events are held throughout the year including the Family Corn Boil, Country
Hoe Down, Sleigh Ride and Car Rally.
- Adult Recreation Program - The church
promotes and fields teams to play in local church leagues for hockey and softball.
